Directions
1) Cut the bottom layer of fabric
2) Cut the top layer of fabric (slightly smaller on all sides)
3) Cut out your letters by hand
4) Glue the smaller fabric on top of the bigger piece of fabric
5) Attach letters to rope
6) Hang rope on ladders
