Materials:
- large beach towel
- scissors
- sewing machine
- bias tape (optional)
Directions:
1. Fold over your large beach towel twice into a rectangle shape
2. Cut the corner of the towel
3. Open up & cut a skinny “V” about 5 inches deep
4. Iron the fold in the bias tape
5. Pin the bias tape along the neckline edge
6. Sew on bias tape
