The key is to use fresh strawberries to get a beautiful vibrant color. She layers the cake with graham crackers. She reminds you to line the baking pan with plastic wrap so it is easy to pop out when done. When slicing the cake, dip your knife in hot water first to make it a clean cut.

You can find good pork belly at your local butcher shop and he says the key is to make sure there is no skin on the top. To avoid the sweet potatoes getting too grainy, he cautions you to avoid over-boiling them.
