He has played the town doctor, Carson Shepherd, starting in season four of the Hallmark Channel original series, “When Calls the Heart.”

Paul defines his life by four essential qualities: fatherhood, fitness, faith, and family. Born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada, Paul was raised on a farm and learned first-hand the importance of hard work. Upon his high school graduation, he left for college on a volleyball scholarship and was quickly discovered by renowned talent agent, Kelly Streit.
