Salt-Crusted Sea Bass

Executive chef of RM Seafood and RX Boiler Room Rick Moonan is in the Home & Family kitchen preparing a delicious salt-crusted sea bass. He explains that when the fish is salt-crusted, it helps to enhance the fish’s flavor and texture. The salt crust should be the consistency of wet sand.
