Materials
- 20 Gallon Planter
- 2” PVC Pipe
- 18” Round Plywood ¾” Thick
- PVC End Cap
- Wood Screws
- Quick Dry Concrete
- Pipe Cement
- Color paint
DIRECTIONS
1. Paint round plywood desired color
2. Pain PVC pipe desired color
3. Use wood screws to attach end cap to center of plywood
4. Use pipe cement to glue PVC to end cap attached to plywood
5. Mix concrete
6. Fill bottom of planter with concrete
7. Center PVC with plywood to bottom of planter
8. Use a level to ensure PVC is centered
