She explains that by just using contact paper, it will make the tray look like very expensive marble. To save time, have the hardware store pre-cut your wood for this tray. If you pre-drill the wood ahead of time, it helps prevent the wood from splitting.

If you do not want to use roses for your arrangement, she suggests tulips, which are also more affordable. Finally, she uses flax leaves and staples them together to make heart shapes for some seasonal Valentine’s Day flair.
Fitness expert Kevin Curry is in the kitchen making a delicious and hearty jambalaya and preparing it low-carb by using cauliflower rice and turkey sausage. The key to preventing a soggy cauliflower rice is placing it in cheesecloth and squeezing out any excessive water. For a pinch of heat, he adds a dash of cayenne pepper.
