Iliza Shlesinger Interview

The comedian visits Home & Family to talk about the show she hosts, “Separation Anxiety” which airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on TBS. The concept of the show is testing couples on how well they knew each other. When she is not working on her show, Iliza is also a touring comedian! She shares her story of entertaining the troops in the Middle East and Asia on an USO tour after being invited to perform by the now-retired, General Martin Dempsey. She was especially touched to entertain the US Military and to thank them for their service. During the interview, she is joined by her dog Blanche, who has a huge Instagram following.

The idea of opening a restaurant was inspired by his mother and her cooking while he was growing up. Danny points out that his menu caters to everybody’s dietary restrictions. Cristina jokes that even though Danny has an on-screen tough guy persona, he is a true sweetheart in real life.
