Espresso-Chili Rubbed Steak
Bruce Bozzi Jr. of “The Palm Restaurant” is in the kitchen making a mouth-watering espresso-chili rubbed steak with homemade brandy peppercorn sauce. He recommends choosing steaks with rich red color and good marbling for this dish. When done, allow the steak to rest for up to ten minutes before slicing.
