Austin Basis Interview
The actor visits Home & Family to discuss his CW series, “Beauty and the Beast,” which airs on Thursdays at 9/8c. He discusses how the series incorporates a lot of mythology and has a comic book feel. Austin also talks about his online fanbase that call themselves the “Beasties.” Aside from acting, Austin also serves as ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a condition he was diagnosed with when he was nine years old.
Travis Strickland Cooks
The executive chef of Baltaire is in the backyard grilling up some spot prawns with bagna cauda. He finds his spot prawns in Santa Barbara, but tells viewers that you can find prawns at a seafood market. He recommends grilling the prawns for 90 seconds on each side. Instead of adding salt to the dish, Travis adds anchovies to the dish for extra flavor.

Kym Douglas and celebrity make-up artist, Lisa G. reminds you that everything that was old is new again, including make-up trends. DIY Grandfather Clock
Orly Shani has a DIY that will be a fun addition for any kid’s room, a DIY grandfather clock. She reminds you to not worry about cutting straight lines, unevenness can add to the fun wonkiness of the grandfather clock. Start with your contact paper on the wall. She recommends a 20 foot roll, so that you are not piecing the paper together. The contact paper also is easy to remove off of walls, making it a great DIY for families who live in apartments. Kids will have fun helping out, too!

Logan Browning Interview
Logan discusses her Playstations’ series, “POWERS,” which airs on Tuesdays. She explains that the shows based on the graphic novel of the same name. Logan has played both the superhero and super villain and has taken six years of Krav Maga, which she incorporates into her role. Aside from “POWERS,” Logan also can be seen on VH1’s series “Hit the Floor.”
