Fig Balsamic Duck Stuffed with Cornbread
Chef Wayne Elias of “Crumble Catering” is back and today he is making a mouth-watering dish of fig balsamic duck stuffed with homemade cornbread. Remember to wash and dry the duck thoroughly to get rid of all of the blood. When done, let the duck rest for ten minutes before carving.
