Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Turkey
Chef Sunny Anderson is back in the Home & Family kitchen making a mouth-watering dish of bacon-wrapped turkey stuffed with a homemade pear hash. If you are looking for an extra-kick, she recommends adding a bit of cayenne pepper. If you don’t want to stuff turkey, you can also use salmon or chicken.

Pastry chef and owner of “Sweet Lady Jane Bakeshop,” Jane Soudah is making a delicious holiday treat for eggnog creme brûlée with rum. If you don’t want to use rum as your alcohol choice, she also recommends whiskey, bourbon or rum extract. When done, she uses a propane torch because its more powerful to get a perfect crispy surface.
