Pediatrician Dr. JJ addresses the current measles outbreak. Symptoms include red, blotchy rash that starts on the face and spreads to the body. Measles is the most contagious viral disease and vaccines greatly help stop the spreading. A person is contagious four days before symptoms actually show up. 1-2% of infected people die from measles.
