Chef Danielle Kartes is outside at the barbecue grill making a mouth-watering seafood dish of salmon with homemade crema. In order to save time, she recommends prepping the ingredients a day ahead. Cook the salmon on the grill for up to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness. If you are not a fan of salmon, you can swap out for any type of protein of your choice.
