Cooking at Dollywood
Cristina is going to cook up one of Dollywood’s favorite dishes, Sausage and Potato Big Skillet, with the help of their Executive Chef, Jonathan Frye. The chef explains that the skillet is so big that it was specially made just for this Dollywood dish. Dolly jokes that she she wished her mama had a skillet this size to help feed the entire family. Jonathan says the key to making this dish is to have all the ingredients ready ahead of time so you don’t lose out on any of the flavor. The Sausage and Potato Big Skillet is a huge hit with the family members.

Ken's Sign Casting
Dolly explains that Dollywood wants to stay as true to the Smoky Mountain culture as possible, which is why so many shops involve real hard work. Ken Wingard talks about how one of his favorite shops was Dollywood’s Blacksmith & Foundry, where he learns the craft of sign making from master craftsman, John Fuller. Ken is so surprised when he is presented with his own gift: a homemade Home & Family sign to take back home.
Kym's Spa Day
Kym Douglas gets the tough assignment of checking out the Dollywood spa while visiting the theme park. Kym says the spa was a truly special experience, especially because she got some time away from Mark! While at the DreamMore Resort Spa, Kym got a full bodied massage, hot stone treatment, a fit and firm facial mask and a chocolate softening hand mask.
Dixie Stampede
Matt Rogers talks about behind-the-scenes of the Dollywood show of the Dixie Stampede and talks about the phenomenal experience. Jay Teter is the emcee and he talks about what it is like being a part of the show. Dusti is one of the Roman Riders with the show and she talks about what it takes to build the skill of riding horses in the show, she says it takes a lot of practice and personal drive.
"Chasing Rainbows" Award
Dolly is joined by the President of her Dollywood Foundation, David Dotson, to talk about the Imagination Library, which helps provide books monthly for almost a million children all over the world. Dolly credits her father to inspiring her to launch this charity and she is so thankful he lived long enough to see it come to life. Dolly jokes that she is known as “The Book Lady” to the kids who receive her books. She also opens up about the “Chasing Rainbows” award which honors special teachers, this year’s honoree, Kathy Nimmer comes out with her guide dog, Nacho, to accept her award.

Dolly introduces an act from Dollywood, Penguin Players, who come out and perform “I Believe in You” for the audience.
Frannie's Food Truck
While at Dollywood, Matt Rogers checks out the famous Frannie’s Food Truck to try the much-talked about fried chicken sandwich. Matt jokes that this sandwich is the best thing on earth. Dolly divulges the secret ingredient to the sandwich: pickle juice!
DIY Glass Blowing
Debbie Matenopoulos visits Dollywood’s glass shop to hang out with professional glassblower, Joe Dianda, who has been blowing glass at Dollywood for 31 years. Debbie decides to take lessons from Joe, who is going to teach her to make an angel Christmas ornament to take home to Alexandra.
