Byron is also extremely talented in martial arts and most recently worked with action star Steven Seagal and even shows Mark and Cristina some of his moves, including some traditional stances and stretches.

A little history lesson before getting started, Ken lets Cristina and Mark know the origin of Legos is from Denmark, where it means “Play Well.’ The main goal for the Lego box was make it a carrier and a place to keep your kids’ Legos, as well. The first thing you need to buy is a box at your local craft store. Cristina jokes that all of this talk about Legos is making her want another baby!

Celebrity hairstylist Robby Lariviere is here to introduce summer braids for your hair! He explains that the braids are easy and anybody can do it. If you have thicker hair, he advises you to start with a larger amount of hair. if you have thin hair, start with small amounts of hair when braiding. Robby also encourages women to get messy with their braids, it doesn’t always have to be neat!

The actress even jokes that, at age 13, she even has a love interest in the show! During her spare time, Hailey is also a cheerleader and teaches Cristina some basic moves.

Matt points out that you should keep an eye out if your dog’s mouth starts getting swollen. Always remove the stinger out with tweezers. Also be on the lookout for ticks and animals and always check your pets thoroughly. If you suspect your animal came into contact with a dangerous spider, contact your vet immediately.
