“The Illusionists” Interview

Irish Fillet O’ Fish
Chef Aida Mollenkamp is in the kitchen showing you how to make a delicious fillet o’ fish burger. The host of “Off Menu” on Tastemade, first discovered this recipe while filming in Dublin. When it comes to making the beer batter, she recommends a lighter pale ale. She says the secret is in the bun she serves the burger on, and suggests viewers use a toasted brioche bun.

Dancer Allison Holker visits Home & Family to talk about being on “Dancing with the Stars” and what it is like working with celebrities. She opens up about the relationship she shares between her students on the show, sometimes spending more time with them than she does with her husband. Dancing is a family affair for the nine-month pregnant Allison, her husband is Stephen “Twitch” Boss from “So You Think You Can Dance.” Allison is also staying busy with her new costume line for dancers which sets out to make girls feel good about themselves while on stage.

Teach Your Kids to Give Back
