How Foods Effect Our Moods

Dr. Susanne Bennett is informing you of how certain foods can effect your moods. “Happy” foods include animal proteins, fresh fruits & veggies, nuts, seeds and beans. Meanwhile “sad” foods would be gluten, sugar and dairy. She even gives you some suggested meals to have during the day to put you in a happy mood.
