Peanut Butter Ramen Stir-Fry
Author of “Plant-Based on a Budget,” Toni Okamoto is in the kitchen making peanut butter ramen stir-fry. She said this dish was inspired by her grandmother, who would prepare cheap packages of ramen and add vegetables to make it a dinner. If you do not want to use packaged ramen noodles, you can always substitute in rice noodles or chow mein. For a spicy kick, she recommends adding jalapeños to the peanut sauce. This entire meal will cost you less than five dollars to make!
DIY No Dye Easter Eggs
Maria Provenzano and Ken Wingard team up to show you two different ways to make no dye Easter eggs. Maria’s involve using sugar eggs, creating a more vintage look. You can find egg molds at your local craft store, baking shop or online. When the sugar eggs are done baking, use hot glue or royal icing to attach the two halves together. Ken uses 100% silk ties and wraps them around raw eggs and places them in boiling water with white vinegar. 20 minutes later, the result will be colorful eggs, using no dye!

First step is to remove the stickers from the jars, using soap and water. After, she fills the jars with her base, like soil or sand, then adds her succulents. This DIY also makes for a great gift to bring to a party!

DIY Jingle All the Way Shadowbox
Ken Wingard is getting ready for Christmas early with this fun and festive DIY, a Jingle All the Way shadowbox. He uses an old scarf as a pretty backdrop for the shadow box, but encourages you to play around with material and designs. When it comes to stencils, he recommends vinyl lettering. An added tip is using a dry eraser marker on the glass to trace a straight line. After you are done applying the letters wipe the marker clean with a damp cloth.
