- 1 teaspoon soy at the end

- 1teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt pepper
- 1 teaspoon soy at the very end
Seasonal Vegetables with Shiso Pesto
- I half a cup of chopped carrots
- I half a cup of chopped broccoli
- A half a cup of chopped brussels sprouts
- A half a cup of pre-roasted cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic butter
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Pre-cook the carrots and broccoli and brussels sprouts in water and roast off the cauliflower
Ingredients for Shiso Pesto
- Five bunches of the Shiso leaves
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic puree
- 1/2 teaspoon of use you yuzu juice
