Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds 1.28 grams protein
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 5.3 grams protein
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 3.5 grams protein
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds 5 grams protein
  • 8 fl ounces almond milk 1.5 grams protein
  • 1 cup spinach 3.1 grams protein

Blend all ingredients

Total protein in your smoothie = 19 grams protein.

The recommended daily allowance for women is 46 grams of protein, and for men 56 grams of protein.

So this smoothie will take care of almost half of your daily protein requirements.
