  • 1 cup berries - should be organic. seasonal too
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup cashews or add protein powder
  • chia seeds

Toppings for Options

  • Granola, hemp, pumpkin
  • Puffed quinoa/ healthy puffed cereals
  • Whole pieces of fruit
  • Toasted nuts
