INGREDIENTS:
    
    
        
            - 2 bananas
 - 1/3 cup olive oil
 - 3 tbsp maple syrup (pure grade a organic)
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or any plant milk)
 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 70% or 72% cacao
 - 2 tbsps ground flax
 - 2tbsps ground chia
 - 2 cup almond flour (finely sifted preferred)
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - 1/4 tsp sea salt
 - 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

        BENEFICIAL BANANA BREAD DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 and brush loaf pan with some oil to prevent sticking
 - In a large bowl mash bananas. Stir in the olive oil, maple syrup, and milk. Mix well, then mix in ground flax or chia. Let stand 2 minutes
 - In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sea salt, spice and chocolate chips
 - Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined
 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
 - Let cool completely before slicing.
