  • 2 cups chopped fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 4 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces fat-free milk
  • 1⁄4 cup spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup ice cubes or chips

How to Tone Arms for Summer - Home & Family


In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, banana, peanut butter, yogurt and ice. Blend until of desired consistency.
