A refreshing rum cocktail from Joel Miller of "The Wallace" restaurant.
- 3/4 oz hibiscus syrup
- 3/4 oz dry sherry
- 3/4 oz fresh lime
- 3/4 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz mezcal
Directions for Cocktail
Place all ingredients in shaker, shake and pour over ice. Serve with Burnt Sage.
