New Year’s Eve Specialty Cocktails

Recipe for Campari’s Festive Spritz:

  • 1 part Campari
  • 1 part Cranberry juice
  • 3 parts Bolla Prosecco
  • Garnish with mint leaves

Ingredients for Cranberry & Pear champagne cocktail:

  •  32 ounces chilled of Bolla Prosecco
  •  1/2 cup organic pear nectar
  • 2 tablespoons dry cranberries
  •  8 small sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions for cranberry and pear cocktail:

  1. Place cranberries in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons warm water.
  2. Soak until cool, about 15 minutes. Drain, pat dry, and refrigerate until serving.
  3. Divide pear nectar evenly among eight tall champagne glasses.
  4. Add cranberries, and then gently pour the prosecco into the glasses.
  5. Garnish each with a rosemary sprig.

0.75 oz. Milk
Garnish with 5 brandy soaked sour cherries

Muddle cherries in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with a fresh ice. Garnish with cherries on a stick.
