Ingredients

Ingredients for Chile Lime Butter

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 limes, zested
  • 1 Tbsp. ancho chile powder
  • 1 tsp. chipotle chile powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Ingredients for Honey Mustard Butter

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Ingredients for Garlic Parmesan

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • ¼ Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley

Directions:
1. Combine each set of ingredients into the softened butter.

2. Place the flavored butters into a serving container or jar and serve alongside grilled summer corn.

Each recipe yields about 1 cup of compound butter.
