- 2ea – Slices Sourdough Bread
- 2oz – Unsalted Butter
- 1oz – Bitter Honey (Buckwheat)
- 1ea – Duck Egg (or chicken egg)
- Jacobsen sea salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh black truffle

Steps
On a medium heat flattop, butter the bread on the outside and place cheese in between the two pieces. Toast until golden brown and even on both sides and the cheese is fully melted. Cook egg sunny side up and place on the finished sandwich. Finish with honey, flake salt and pepper, and shaved fresh black truffle to top.
