Flat Iron Steak

A delicious recipe from Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop founder, Jon Rollo.
  • 6oz flat iron steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil


1. Brush olive oil onto grill

2. Season flat iron steak with salt and pepper

3. Grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. (Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°.)

4. Use knife cut on a bias
