Dry Ice Soft Serve Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

Dan Kohler shows you how to make the refreshing dessert at home.


  • 400 grams Coconut Milk
  • 25 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 8 ounces Dry Ice


1) Blend all ingredients except for ice

2) Add blended base to stand mixer

3) Churn on medium

4) Slowly sprinkle in crushed dry ice

5) Churn for about 5 minutes

6) Serve
