- 1 cup Frozen mango
 - 1/2 Large banana
 - 1 cup Firmly packed baby spinach
 - 1 cup Fruit juice

        Instructions
1. Pour all ingredients until smooth
2. Pour into popsicle molds
3) Put in the freeze and leave for 2-3 hours
