- 1 Pickled Scotch Bonnet Pepper
- 3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Ground Allspice Berries
- 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Juice of 1 Lime
Add the ingredients in a blender and buzz them until smooth.
