- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1⁄2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1⁄2 Cups Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- Relish to garnish
- Generous pinches of pepper and salt

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2) Shay’s Cooking Tip: Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor
3) Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Form into meatballs and line them up on a greased, foil lined baking sheet
4) Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard in a bowl and top meatballs with it
5) Bake for 15-18 minutes until brown and fully cooked
6) Garnish with some relish
