Cheeseburger Meatballs
A delicious appetizer from author/cook, Shay Shull of Mix and Match Mama Meals .


  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1⁄2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1⁄2 Cups Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard
  • Relish to garnish
  • Generous pinches of pepper and salt

Cheeseburger Meatballs - Home & Family


1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2) Shay’s Cooking Tip: Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor

3) Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Form into meatballs and line them up on a greased, foil lined baking sheet

4) Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard in a bowl and top meatballs with it

5) Bake for 15-18 minutes until brown and fully cooked

6) Garnish with some relish
