  3. Roll the bread up tightly and press on the seam to seal.
  4. Cut into sushi pieces.

MONOGRAM SANDWICH DIRECTIONS:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

  1. Place whipped cream cheese and desired amount of food coloring in a bowl and stir to achieve desired color.
  2. Spread one slice of the bread with the whipped cream cheese mixture.
  3. Use favorite letter cookie cutter to punch out shape on second piece of bread and place on top of the whipped cream cheese mixture.
  4. * Alternatively you can use sun butter, nut butter, hummus or other favorite sandwich spread.

SKEWER SANDWICH DIRECTIONS:

You likely have all of these ingredients in your fridge and pantry already. You can send these to school as is, send a little mustard or mayo for dipping, or even drizzle with a balsamic glaze.

The club - bacon, lettuce, and tomato with your favorite sandwich bread. Then add some fresh avocado and deli turkey. Now you have yourself a club sandwich kabob.

  1. Tear or cut all ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Thread ingredients onto skewer.
  3. Put dipping sauce into little ramekin, serve next to skewer.
