Author of “Just Cook It!” Justin Chapple is outside preparing sweet corn in two different ways. He is making Mexican-style with lime mayo and also a sweet corn queso with pepperoni crumbs. If you don’t have fresh corn, he suggests using thawed frozen corn kernels.
