1 cup ground cinnamon
1 cup applesauce 2 tablespoons white glue Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon until the dough holds together.
2. Cover a cutting board with plastic wrap – so that the board doesn't smell like cinnamon forever – and place the dough on top. Cover dough with waxed paper, and roll out 1/4" to 3/8" thick.
3. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters, and use a straw to make a hole hear the top for hanging.
4. Place ornaments on a parchment lined cookie sheet and leave to dry for 3 to 5 days. Turn ornaments over every day to ensure even drying.
