Stair Workout for Beginners - Home & Family
            
        - Running
 - Step-ups
 - Lunges
 - Tricep dips
 - Incline pushups
 - Incline mountain climbers
 - Optional: pull-ups/chin-ups
 
Do 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise except mountain climbers. For mountain climbers do 3 sets of 20 reps.
