It’s never too late to start a fitness regime and Cameron has an easy workout using something you already have in your home…stairs!

Stair Workout for Beginners - Home & Family

  1. Running
  2. Step-ups
  3. Lunges
  4. Tricep dips
  5. Incline pushups
  6. Incline mountain climbers
  7. Optional: pull-ups/chin-ups

Do 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise except mountain climbers. For mountain climbers do 3 sets of 20 reps.
