Sophie Uliano's Vitamin Gummies

• Organic fruit juice (not from concentrate)
• Gelatin or agar agar (if you are vegan) • Honey • Salt • Your vitamins Instructions:

  1. Place juice in saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle with gelatin, and stir to let it bloom.
  3. Whisk it in.
  4. Heat it up gently until mixture liquifies.
  5. Stir in other ingredients.
  6. Remove from heat - then i use a turkey baster to carefully fill the molds.
  7. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
