Dry/Tired Skin - Avocado and Honey Mask

Why are avocado and honey great for dry skin? The avocado contains nourishing plant oils, which have been proven to be excellent for regenerating tired, dry skin. 1 ripe avocado 1 tsp clear honey 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp plain yogurt Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mash into a paste. Chill for 30 minutes. Apply to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with warm water. Oily/Problem Skin - Apple and Cinnamon Face Mask

What properties in the apple and cinnamon are good for oily skin? Apple, oats and honey will neutralize bacteria and dissolve oils. 1 ripe apple, peeled and grated ½ tsp cream 1 tsp clear honey 1 tbsp oats (grind them up so they are fine) ½ tsp ground cinnamon Mash all the ingredients into a paste with a fork. Apply to face and leave for 10 minutes before rinsing off. All Skin Types Mask - Clay Mask

This is an amazing mask for most skin types. 2 tbsp aloe vera juice 1 tsp witch hazel 1 tsp clear honey 1 ½ tbsp green clay (you can buy green clay at mountainroseherbs.com)
2 drops lavender essential oil
