• Shea Butter (4 Tbsp)
• Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp) • Non-Nano Zinc Oxide Powder (1 Tbsp) • Arrowroot Powder (4 Tbsp) • Baking Soda (1 Tbsp) • Peppermint or Clary Sage* Essential Oil (10 drops) *Clary Sage is great for balancing your hormones, I’d go with this oil if you suffer from PMS or menopausal symptoms. Steps:
- Gently heat the shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler, until the butter has melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 4 ounce glass or plastic jar.
- Store in a cool, dark cabinet for up to 6 months.
