Peter Yurkowski's DIY Bar Stools

Materials:

  • (4) ¾” galvanizedanized pipes (24 inch)
  • (4) Elbows
  • (3) Tees
  • (1) 1 inch nipple
  • (2) 5 inch nipple
  • (4) 3 inch nipple
  • (4) End cap
  • (1) Flange
  • WD 40
  • Safety glasses
  • Gloves
  • Chain
  • Hammer

Instructions:

  1. Connect the 24-inch galvanized pipe to the elbow.
  2. Connect the 3-inch galvanized nipple to the elbow.
  3. Connect the tee fitting to the 3-inch nipple.
  4. Connect one elbow to the other side of the 3-inch nipple.
  5. Connect the 24-inch galvanized pipe to the elbow.
  6. Twist until tight.
  7. Repeat this for the other side of the bar stool.
  8. Connect a 5-inch galvanized nipple to each of the tee fittings.
  9. Connect the two sides with the last tee fitting.
  10. Twist until tight.
  11. Orient tee fitting facing up.
  12. Level the legs.
  13. Connect 1-inch galvanized nipple to tee fitting.
  14. Connect flange to 1-inch galvanized nipple.
