- Brownies (cut into rectangles)
- Chocolate icing
- Vanilla icing
- Piping tips (open or closed star + single line)
- Zip lock bags (optional piping tool)
MARIA’S BACON CHEESE FOOTBALL:
- Cream cheese mixture
- Crushed bacon
- Sour cream, cream cheese, creme fraiche (your choice)
PAIGE’S GAME DAY PARTY TABLE RUNNER:
- Astro turf
- White vinyl sheets (or medical adhesive tape)
- Thin white masking tape
- Die cutting printer or vinyl press-on letters & numbers (2inches tall)
INSTRUCTIONS (BROWNIE FOOTBALLS):
1. Start with brownies cut into rectangles
2. Trim ends to create a more oval shape
3. Pipe, fat wavy rows of chocolate icing
4. Pipe thinner single lines of vanilla icing for laces
TIP: Let brownies cool before icing.
INSTRUCTIONS (CREAM CHEESE FOOTBALLS): (USE YOUR OWN FAVORITE RECIPE):
1. Combine cream cheese and herb mixture and shape into football
2. Chill mixture
3. Coat surface with drained, crushed bacon bits
4. Pipe laces with sour cream, or a mix of cream cheese and creme fraiche
5. Serve with veggies and crackers
TIP: Use homemade bacon for coating.
INSTRUCTIONS (TABLE RUNNER):
1. Cut astro turf to fit your table
2. Measure end-to-end and find center point (that’s your 50 yard line)
3. Divide each side into sixty yards (50x2 for play, 10x2 for end zone)
4. Add white lines at “10 yard” intervals
5. Add 2-inch high “yard” numbers
6. Add touchdown type in end zones (press or die cut)
