STEPS:
1. Buy silk flowers from craft store (look for ones with plastic ends so the petals stay assembled when you remove flower from stem)
2. Remove flowers from stem
3. Hot glue or tacky glue (tacky glue will take much longer to dry) flowers onto lampshade
4. Let cool
5. For design purposes you can either layer various flowers all over the lampshade or add one or two with a leaf as an accent piece
