Directions

1. Lay felt flat & trace shapes with a marker

2. Cut the shapes and add hem tape to ¾ of shape (make sure to add rice before you close it all up!)

3. Decorate felt pouch, fill with rice, and drops of essential oils or dried flowers

4. Finish closing up hand warmer
