Jessie Jane's Upscale DIY Vases

• Inexpensive jars, vases, wine bottles, etc from thrift stores or discount stores
• Puffy paint
• Spray paint

Instructions:

1. Take puffy paint and decorate your vase with any design you choose. You can let it dry for 2 hours, although it will start to set in about 30 minutes.
2. Take a spray paint color of your choice and coat the entire vase, let dry 24 hours.
