DIY Chalkboard Christmas Tree

MATERIALS:

• Chalk paint
• White chalk
• Lights
• Nails
• Hammer
• Stockings

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make sure you do at least two layers to ensure that your chalk will show up when you draw on it.
2. Make sure to apply at least 2 coats of the chalk paint and leave at least 24 hours to dry.
3. These lights are on wire so they are easy to manipulate around the nail which helps them stay in place easier than regular Christmas lights.
4. Wire lights are the best because they are easy to wrap around the nails.
