Jessie Jane's Collar Necklace

Materials Needed:

• Felt
• Ribbon
• Scissors
• Hole Punch
• Epoxy 6000
• Beads, Pearls, Crystals, even metal bolts

Steps:

1. On my website lilyshop.com, you can download the pattern. Then, you cut the "Peter Pan" collar pattern out of felt. You can use leather or pretty black cotton fabric.
2. Punch a hole at both ends of your collar for your silk ribbon to go through. Using epoxy 6000, attach your beads or pearls or crystals. Let dry for at least an hour.
3. Spring with ribbon and tie around neck. You also have the option to string with chain and jewelry hook.
