Interval Training Workout for Beginners

Short on time? Cameron’s interval training is a great workout in 20 minutes or less!

Do each move for :30 seconds of work, and then take :20-:30 seconds of rest. Once you have completed all five moves repeat 2-3 more times.

  1. Twist & Punch
  2. Squats
  3. Jumping Jacks
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Bicycles
