Practice:
- Begin in Mountain pose
- Inhale up, palms together
- Exhale, hands to the floor
- Inhale and put right foot back with left foot forward, stretch
- Leg moves back to plank pose
- Knees to the floor
- Lift into cobra
- Push back to down dog
- Right foot forward, with left foot back, stretch
- Exhale, feet together, stand up with both arms up over your head
