Fountain of Youth Yoga with Sophie Uliano


  1. Begin in Mountain pose
  2. Inhale up, palms together
  3. Exhale, hands to the floor
  4. Inhale and put right foot back with left foot forward, stretch
  5. Leg moves back to plank pose
  6. Knees to the floor
  7. Lift into cobra
  8. Push back to down dog
  9. Right foot forward, with left foot back, stretch
  10. Exhale, feet together, stand up with both arms up over your head
