Directions

1) Combine, 1⁄2 cup of ground up, uncooked adzuki beans, 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 1⁄4 cup yogurt, 1 tsp honey

Use this mixture to wash your face every night

2) Mix 3 tbsp spirulina powder, 1 cup of aloe vera juice (which is also very moisturizing) and 10 drops of lavender oil for an extra soothing effect. Saturate a medical bandage in the mixture and wrap around your body.

Leave for up to 1 hour for glowing skin
